The following is a graph of recent homes for sale, sold and pending. You can see the number of homes for sale is very low, and the number of homes sold is actually higher than the number of homes for sale - try to figure that one out! Also note the "Pending" number increase dramatically last month. This trend may continue if more homes are not brought on the market.
